“HOMEOWNER”

(has a nice ring to it…doesn’t it?)

While the home buying process can be a stressful and confusing time, it doesn't have to be. We at Kings Mortgage Services hope to make it an efficient, pleasant and rewarding experience. With the right preparation and a little help, you can save yourself a lot of time and frustration. Many people think you need to have great credit and a ton of cash to get into a home. That's not true! Most people can qualify for some kind of mortgage. If you really want to get into a home, we can help make it happen. The first step is to get pre-qualified ~ or better yet, let us pre-approve your loan!

Pre -Qualification

This is where the process begins. Make sure you are pre-qualified as early as possible. You can find out how much of a home you can afford, what your monthly payment will be at a number of different purchase prices, and how much of a down payment you will need. If you are unsure of which loan program is right for you, we will explain them and show examples to help you decide which best meets your goals and personal situation. By getting pre-qualified you are showing potential sellers that you mean business!

This is also the step where you can find out if there are any potential credit problems or other problems that need to be addressed prior to obtaining a loan. If you’re not able to obtain a home loan now, we can help put you on the right path towards home ownership. Click Here to get pre-qualified for your new home loan. Once you have been pre-qualified it’s time to start looking for a home.

We are your local experts offering FHA home loans, VA home loans, USDA home loans, and Conventional home loans.  All we do are home loans!

Select a Realtor

Check out some of the local real estate companies in our resource center or talk to friends and co-workers. Make sure you find a Realtor that will really listen to what you are looking for and will answer your questions and concerns. Your Realtor will help to weed out homes that are overpriced or undesirable. They will also negotiate the best deal for you. With a Pre-Qualification Letter in hand from Kings Mortgage Services, your Realtor will be able to demonstrate that you are a qualified and capable borrower. This will strongly influence the Seller and may make the difference between the Seller accepting your offer or someone else’s. Once you have found a home, and have an accepted offer, it is time to obtain your mortgage loan.

Obtaining your Loan

Since you’re already pre-qualified much of the work is done. At this point, an Appraisal and Preliminary Title Report will be obtained and your loan consultant will advise you of anything else that may be needed to secure your loan. Keep the process moving by providing documentation and decisions as soon as reasonably possible and your loan should be quickly approved and then you can move into your new dream home!
